About Us
I opened my first ever branch in Ellesmere Port in November 2023. We are a brand new store to the town but by no means are we new to the travel world. I have over 15 years experience in planning all types of holidays. I have been a manager for Thomas Cook and Hays Travel which has given me extensive knowledge of the travel industry which means I know where to look and what to recommend as your independent travel expert.

We are a Member of ABTA, membership number P8610, We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct. We can also offer you ABTA’s scheme for the resolution of disputes which is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. We are a Member of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. We provide financial protection for your money when you buy a package holiday. If you buy other travel arrangements such as accommodation only this protection doesn’t apply.
